Mail Services serves the entire campus community as the central hub for all mail arriving to campus. 

Student Services 

  • Resident students living on campus will be assigned an individual mailbox, located in the Bertrand Hall mailroom. Please stop by the mailroom to retrieve your mailbox key. Once students move off campus, the key is to be returned directly to the mailroom. 
  • Mail Services will assist with the weighing of outgoing self-stamped envelopes and packages
  • Accepting parcels (for students living on campus).
  • Processing all incoming resident student mail.

Faculty and Staff Services

  • Accepting parcels (for University business only).
  • Processing all incoming University mail.
  • Assisting with the weighing of outgoing self-stamped envelopes and packages.
  • Mailroom can not accept packages containing alcoholic beverages.

Mailroom

Sending Packages

  • USPS letters must be received by 3 p.m. to go out that same day.
  • UPS pre-paid must be in by 2 p.m. to go out that same day.
  • Other couriers do not have scheduled daily pick-ups. There is a FedEx located at 777 Grand Ave.

Receiving Packages

  • Packages may be picked up Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. 
  • The window may be closed early at times if there is a staffing issue.
  • ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÉç is not responsible for any lost or damaged items, perishables, or packages that require refrigeration. It is your responsibility to refuse or file claims for packages that arrive open or damaged. We do not accept online grocery or meal deliveries (i.e. InstaCart, Caviar, Uber Eats, etc.)
  • Only residential students may receive packages.
    • You will receive an email from noreply@pb.com when your package has been processed and is available for pick-up.
    • If the result of tracking shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received an email from noreply@pb.com, it means your package has not been processed.
    • You must present your student ID to pick up packages — no exceptions. 
    • You may have someone else pick up a package for you, especially if the package is perishable and/or you can not come during window hours. 
      Notify the Mailroom who will pick up your package and forward the confirmation email from noreply@pb.com to the person picking up the package.
